TGIF "THANK GOD IT'S GOLF" TOURNAMENT SERIES
You are invited to play in one or all of the tournaments. The more you play the better the chance of winning a 2011 membership.

Tournament committee reserves the right to make adjustments to handicaps
WIN A 2011 INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP- Points will ne awarded to each person participating in the tournament series. Two points for particpating, one point for being on a winning net or gross team and one point for winning closest to the pin.
- Points winner must have a minimum of 10 points to qualify for the membership.
- Ties for the cummulative point total at the end of the year will be broken at the Last Chance Scramble by a sudden death playoff.
REGISTRATION CALL BLACK LAKE GOLF SHOP 989-733-4653. Information required names of players, handicaps or average score, telephone number, e-mail address and credit card number.
Tournaments may be canceled if not enough teams have registered. All particpants will be notified in advance.
