2012 Spring Scramble May 5, 2012

Entry Fee: $195 per person.
Includes two nights lodging; cart and greens fee; two breakfasts; and awards banquet.

Rates are per person, based on double occupancy. single room occupancy is an additional $30 per night (room only).

Tee Times: Double tee start: 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m.

Format/Flights: 4-Person Scramble / Men, Women and Mixed

Number of Teams: Tournament is limited to 50 teams.

Prizes: Awarded to gross and net winners.
(Handicaps are subject to tournament adjustment.)

Awards Banquet: Saturday, May 5, 2012

Senior - Retiree Golf Scramble Classic

Entry Fee: $35 per person.
Includes cart and greens fee; range balls, lunch and prizes.

Tee Times: 8:30 Shotgun Start.

Format/Flights: 4-Person Scramble /Will be determined by the number of entries and the combined ages of the participants.

Number of Teams: Tournament is limited to 50 teams.

Prizes: Black Lake Certificates awarded to gross and net winners.
(Handicaps are subject to tournament adjustment.)

Format: 2-Person Scramble

Pairings: Done by professional staff. No requests please

Number of Teams: Tournament is limited to 72 teams
At least one member of each team must b a UAW member or retiree. If tournament does not fill up, then amy two-person team will be accepted.

Flights: Men, Women and Mixed

Prizes: Awarded to gross and net winners
(Handicaps are subject to tournament adjustments)

Awards Banquet: Saturday, September 22, 2012 at 4 p.m.

Last Chance Scramble

Saturday, October 6, 2012

Shotgun Start 9:00 a.m.

Format: 4-Person Scramble (skins optional)

(Prizes for net and gross scores, closest to the pin)

Cost: $50/player, $200/team

(includes 18 holes w/cart, appetizers, prizes, drink tickets and drink specials)

Prizes: Golf at Black Lake, Gift Certificates, Merchandise

After the round a full array of appetizers will be served along

with presentation of awards and prizes.

Help us celebrate the end of 2012 golf season by joining in the 5th Annual Last Chance Scramble at Black Lake Golf Club. This event is designed to be fun for men and women at a low cost. The Black Lake Grille will also be running drink specials throughout the day!
